Performance Lab — Youth Strength & Conditioning Co-ed | Middle School & High School | Led by Chris Bryant

The Performance Lab at Shoot 360 Las Vegas offers structured Strength & Conditioning classes specifically designed for middle school and high school athletes. Led by elite trainer Chris Bryant, these co-ed classes are built around a proven split-training system that develops total-body athleticism — the kind that shows up on the court, the field, and everywhere in between.

How the program is structured:

Every week is intentional. Athletes train on a split schedule that allows full muscle recovery and progressive overload — the same method used by professional programs:

  • Monday & Tuesday — Upper Body

  • Wednesday & Thursday — Lower Body

  • Saturday — Upper Body

Two class times are available each day to keep training age-appropriate and focused:

  • Middle School

  • High School

(20 athletes per class)
